I was more thinking of reporting them to the ISP.

Unfortunately, as I mentioned, we had at least one person on the list
who seemed to like to report sources.redhat.com as a spammer to SpamCop,
causing me problems on at least three occasions.

However, we do use SpamCop for blocking so if someone can *carefully*
report this kind of thing it would be a help.
