Well, yours was a very unproductive question.

I suggest you spend some time reading http://cygwin.com/bugs.html
specifically:

MAINTAINERS DO NOT WANT PRIVATE EMAIL.

So, asking for specific contact people just irritates. This list is the
correct destination for any questions. As always, you have exactly 3
choices:

1) Provide a *good* bug report, and wait for someone to volunteer some of
their time to a fix.

2) Fix it yourself.

3) Complain, achieving nothing.
