What were the exact commands you used to build setup?  Did you follow the
directions at <http://sources.redhat.com/cygwin-apps/setup.html>?

Please don't jump to conclusions.  Ever heard of namespaces and scoping?

Please post the exact build procedure.  Are you trying to build from the
source package or CVS?  I'd guess some source tarball, judging by the line
number, but it's better to be sure.
