This is true, but no need to change the listserver to add that to every
outgoing message; to Quote the GMANE rules:
> A list administrator may request that the entire list be encrypted.
> Each individual user may also do so by putting a X-Archive: encrypt
> header into their messages.
So it would just take one email from the list owners to Lars Magne
Ingebrigtsen <larsi+gmane@gnus.org> to change the settings for all the
cygwin groups.
Furthermore, with that same email, if the listowners wish, they could
provide a pointer to the list of Cygwin mbox-formatted archives and then
every historical message from the Cygwin M.L. could be also be in the
Gmane repository.
If the listowners wished ...
