Re: Running setup twice on a new install


Hi All...

I sent an email with the first and second full setup logs for a new win98 install. The list rejected it because it was too big (more that 100000k characters). It should have gone directly to Robert Collins as well.

FWIW, this was a basic install...I didn't do any selections, I just ran setup twice on a clean machine (this one was win98 but I have seen this on other flavors).

I don't know at this point. Possibly a bug in the loop breaking logic.
We'd need to know what loops where printout out in setup.log.full for
the first run.
