The Apache test Page runs fine, ssh runs well, the CGI:IRC Login Screen apears.
But the Login for the IRC:CGI Script need to open a Socket. Under c:/cygwin/tmp i get every Login a new directory with the ip file from the client included.

I have no idea how to fix or where to ask to solve this problem :/
Maybe here ?

what has postgresql to do with your cygwin socket problem?
