It seems that texdoc uses
: ${TEXDOCVIEW_html='x-terminal-emulator -e see %s &'}
why does that not work? Otherwise, TEXDOCVIEW_html="'cygstart %'"
could be added to /etc/profile.d/tetex.sh or something.
