Don't post such well kept secrets to lastest (patented?) M$ technology in public mailing lists, otherwise malware programmers might get aware of it.

BTW: I bet VStudio creates such manifests on-the-fly simply by activating a checkbox, but it's another well-known fact that malware programmers do never use VStudio - maybe gcc?
