Or, left-click, drag, and right-click. Saves moving your hand back to
the keyboard.

Maybe I misunderstood what you are asking, but if you have 'QuickEdit
Mode' mode enabled, then you can paste into the Cygwin Bash window by
clicking with the right mouse button. It's not a keyboard shortcut, but
it is quick and easy!
