I have "usr/bin/cyggtk-x11-2.0-0.dll"
    - /usr/bin/cyggtk-1-2-0.dll   and
    - /usr/bin/cyggtk-x11-2.0-0.dll

Do you think the naming convention be a problem?

Could that be the problem-- here is the script in the Makefile.pl file:

%pkgcfg_gtk, %pkgcfg_pango);
unless (eval { %pkgcfg_gtk = ExtUtils::PkgConfig->find ("gtk+-2.0 >= $build_reqs{'Gtk+'}");
               %pkgcfg_pango = ExtUtils::PkgConfig->find ('pango');
               1; })

Still no can build?
