So would you prefer that I NOT suggest a patch to 
    <http://cygwin.com/contrib.html>.
to draw people's attention to the existing Bugzilla?

Else, if you'd like a patch, to whom should I send it?

I could try and work something in to a patch for contrib.html
about that, if it is desired.
