Re: Application causes STATUS_ACCESS_VIOLATION in Windows 2008

Hi all,

My application that runs on cygwin causes a STATUS_ACCESS_VIOLATION
exception in Windows 2008 and created a core file. How should I tackle this
problem? How would I begin to debug this?

Perhaps a better question is why do you think investigating this problem would be different with Cygwin than with any other non-Cygwin application? If you find there is something Cygwin-specific in this process that's confusing you, it might help us understand you better if you reformulated the question with your specific issues stated.
