No, I do not track most emails on this list, as time does not permit. 

Would you be refering to
http://www.cygwin.com/ml/cygwin-apps/2008-07/msg00060.html (Does not directly
mention long file paths/names, but does mention utf8)

If so, when I run the install will all of my existing cygwin apps still work? Or
is this a long and complicated process?
