  Not quite right yet.  The archive showed it inline, even though the
content-disposition said attachment.  I compared an earlier post where the
cygcheck showed up in the archives as a real attachment and it had the same
content-disposition, the only difference was that the attachment was a b64
encoded octet-stream rather than a text/* type.

  So this time I also set mail.file_attach_binary to true.  Let's see if this
one works: it should appear at
