There's no such thing as an overall distro version.  But there IS such a
thing as the version of cygwin1.dll.

You are running cygwin1.dll version 1.5.25.  But the latest is 1.7.1.
Upgrading will probably resolve your problem.  Run setup.exe from
cygwin.com.
