Re: Creating CD of installation packages: Download incomplete. Try again?

As I mentioned in my original message, I tried to create a directory of
installation packages that mirror my current cygwin installation so that I can
install the same packages on another PC. Say the original path for the
installation packages was c:/cygwin/LocalPkg. For the downloaded packages from
which I would create an installation CD, I created c:/cygwin/LocalPkg/pkgImg. I
chose "Download without installing" in setup.exe and "Reinstall" in the Select
Packages phase. However, the download fails repeatedly regardless of the mirror
specified. Fortunately, in the initial download attempt, most of the download
was completed before the failure. In order to fetch only the missing packages,
I identified the missing packages as:

   _autorebase 000164-1
   _update-info-dir 01088-1
   libpoppler19 0.18.4-2

Unfortunately, I can only select Keep or Uninstall. There is no choice to
Reinstall regardless of whether the Keep or Cur radio buttons are selected. Why
would this be, and how can I select Reinstall so that the packages are
downloaded into c:/cygwin/LocalPkg/pkgImg?

If there is no solution to that, would it be a good idea to simply copy the
corresponding folder from the actual local package directory c:/cygwin/LocalPkg
to the corresponding location in c:/cygwin/LocalPkg/pkgImg? I can't just test
this on a whim because I have to prepare the CD at home then arrange for an
administrator to install it in the office.
