In case it isn't obvious, your nonstandard use of Cygwin mirrors is
not something that should be debugged in this mailing list. If you have
problems running setup*.exe then those will need to be fixed.
Otherwise, please don't send problem reports like this here unless you
can confirm that they actually affect people who are attempting to
install Cygwin in the standard way.
