I was finding VX ConnectBot crashed on it. So none of the apps were working to connect me.
I didn't restart the router, but I did reinstall cygwin and that fixed it.
So, for some reason the cygwin sshd server was eating some packets and cygwin needed to be reinstalled.
I renamed the cygwin directory and cygwin package directories, and reinstalled cygwin.
Though thanks for your responses I foudn out that indeed dropbear ssh does support cygwin sshd, and I have the option of the terminal ide keyboard too.
