I use 'genini.pl' [1] to make a 'setup.ini' file. Download, and use
'./genini.pl --help' to see the options. You can make a small
'setup.ini' file that contains details of the one or two packages you've
just made. Once you've made this file, you can point the Cygwin setup
executable at the directory containing 'setup.ini' as if doing a local
install.
