Why are you doing this?  The intent is to use the "XWin Server"
shortcut, which uses startxwin.

The "View logfile" option is intended for use when launched within the
context of the default multiwindow session (startxwin with no
~/.startxwinrc).  The file which is then viewed is ~/.xsession-errors.
