setup-x86_64 verions 2.872 hangs up looking for setup.xz.sig, setup.xz

Version prior did not hang up looking for the "xz" files.  I don't see
a mirror which includes these.  I did not keep my version 2.871
install.  Can I get a version 2.871 install?
