Which btw is just wrong; they should have used the gtk_check_version
function instead of the GTK_CHECK_VERSION macro.  In any case, try
rebuilding emacs with libgtk3-devel 3.22.

Thanks, Yaakov. I think your diagnosis is correct, and rebuilding fixed the problem. I've uploaded a new release.
